NEW Badge / Award System!

We now have a badge / award system!
It will look some-what like this:



If you scroll over the badge -- then it will say a description for it.

For example, the admin one will say this "Admin - This user is an Admin, Therefore they have this badge."

It will always consist of something like this "Name - Description"

This will be good for users who are veterans (old timer), and people who have posted topics with alot of views / replies.
